Fascinated by our maritime history of war and merchant ships of the XVIII^th century, I have been making ships for more than forty years, and for the last ten years or so, models in framework. I have specialised in 1/48^th scale, with the possibility of making larger scale models (1/36^th, 1/24^th…).

The model of the Bonhomme Richard is a true masterpiece and I am very happy to be able to mine with this piece of history to enrich my living spaces.

Mr. Bertrand and his family were extremely helpful in loading the model and the transport box specially made by him secured the way to Germany and onward transport to Italy without complications.
